Hereinafter you will learn how your personal data collected from you is being processed in order to to maintain the purpose of exchange and cooperation between a vast number of stakeholders in respective areas in the context of the project QCI-CAT (According to Article 13 General Data Protection Regulation).

1. This online platform (qci-cat.at) provides information on the project “QCI-CAT” and is organized, administrated and hosted by the project coordinator AIT Austrian Institute of Technology (“AIT”, Giefinggasse 4; 1210 Vienna; Austria; office(at)ait.ac.at; +43 50550-0).

2. By visiting our website qci-cat.at your client (browser) transmits your IP address to our server where it is stored in log files. The purpose is to protect our service from malicious attacks and for statistical evaluation in order to improve our service.

3. If you contact us, your contact details and inquiry will be processed based upon the legitimate interest to attend to it. This information will be processed until two years.

4. Functions
of the Instagram service are integrated on our website. These functions are offered by Instagram Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA. If you are logged into your Instagram account, you can link the contents of our pages to your Instagram profile by clicking on the Instagram button. Instagram can then assign the visit to our pages to your user account. We would like to point out that, as the provider of the pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the data transmitted or its use by Instagram.

of the Twitter service are integrated on our website. These functions are

disclosed to other users. Data is also transmitted to Twitter in the process.

4. If AIT processes your personal data, you have the right of access to your personal data. In addition, you have the right to obtain the rectification or erasure of your data. In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. If your personal data is being processed based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
